We collect the minimum needed to sell you a kit and support you afterwards. We do not sell data, run ad trackers, or profile you.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google or GitHub we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. When you connect GitHub to receive kits, we also receive your GitHub username. Nothing else, and never access to your files, repositories, or code. When you buy something, our payment provider (Stripe) processes your card; we never see or store card numbers. We keep records of your orders, licenses, and membership status, plus any messages you send to support chat.
Why we collect it
To deliver kits to your GitHub account, apply member pricing, honor refunds and licenses, answer your support messages, and send transactional email about your purchases. That is the whole list. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Who else touches your data
Three kinds of processors: Stripe for payments, GitHub for code delivery, and our hosting and database providers for running the site. Each receives only what it needs for its job. We never sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Cookies
We use cookies for one thing: keeping you signed in. There are no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
Order and license records are kept for as long as your license exists and as long as tax law requires. Support conversations are kept so future support has context. If you delete your account, we remove your profile data and keep only what accounting rules force us to keep.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and a human will handle it — the same human who answers support chat.
