Refund policy
Everything we sell carries a 30-day refund window. Here is exactly how it works for each product — including the part most stores bury: what you give back.
Kits — 30 days
If a kit is not what you hoped, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you will get your money back. Because a kit is source code, a refund also means returning it: the kit’s license ends and your access to the private repository is removed. Any copies you cloned must be deleted, and anything you deployed from the kit must come down.
Membership — 30 days
The membership can be refunded within 30 days of the initial payment or of a renewal. A membership refund ends the membership benefits immediately — the kit discount and member tools stop. Kits you bought while a member remain yours with their licenses intact; only a refunded kit loses its license.
Setup for Me — 30 days
Refundable in full within 30 days if the call has not happened yet. Once the deployment call has taken place, the service has been delivered and is no longer refundable.
How to request one
Message support chat from your dashboard, or reply to any of your order emails. No forms, no phone trees, no “retention specialist” — a human confirms it and Stripe returns the money to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
The same rules are summarised on the license page and in the terms of service.
