Terms of service

The short version: buy a kit, get the code and a license to build a business on it; join the membership, get discounts and tools while it is active. Here is the longer version, still in plain English.

1. What ForeverKits sells

ForeverKits sells complete web application source code (“kits”), an annual membership, and a paid setup service. Kits are digital goods delivered as an invitation to a private GitHub repository, together with a deployment guide, future updates to that repository, and access to human support chat.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google or GitHub account. To receive kits you also connect a GitHub account, because that is where kits are delivered. You are responsible for keeping these accounts secure. One account per person; your purchases and licenses are tied to it.

3. Kit purchases and delivery

A kit purchase is a one-time payment. After payment is confirmed and your GitHub account is connected, you receive a GitHub invitation to the kit’s private repository. Delivery is complete once that invitation is issued to the GitHub account you connected; accepting it is up to you.

Updates to a kit are pushed to its repository at our discretion, free of charge, for as long as the kit is maintained. We never modify the copy you deployed — pulling updates is always your choice.

4. The license

Each kit purchase grants the license described on the license page, which is part of these terms. In one line: build and sell a business with the code, but do not resell or redistribute the code itself.

5. Membership

The membership costs $99 per year and renews automatically until you cancel. While active, it gives 30% off every kit and access to all member tools. Cancel anytime — benefits continue to the end of the period you paid for, and kits you already bought are unaffected.

6. Refunds

Kits, the membership, and the setup service carry a 30-day refund policy, described in full in the refund policy. Note that refunding a kit ends its license and removes repository access.

7. Support and the setup service

Support chat connects you with a real person and covers deploying and running your kit as delivered. It is not a general development agency: custom feature work is out of scope. The Setup for Me service is a scheduled one-hour Zoom call in which we deploy your kit with you; it must be used within a reasonable time of purchase.

8. What we promise — and what we can't

We promise the kit works as shown on its product page when deployed per the guide. We cannot promise your business will succeed, that third-party services the kit relies on will never change, or that software will be free of every defect. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

9. Fair use and termination

We can suspend accounts that abuse support, attempt to defraud the refund policy, or breach the license. If we terminate for a license breach, repository access ends; licenses obtained in good faith otherwise survive.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new date. Changes never shrink a license you already bought.
